14th September 2026 – FinTech bank, LHV, has moved into new, larger premises at Wellington Place in Leeds, a district increasingly known as the ‘Northern Square Mile.’ The relocation represents the Bank’s long-term commitment to Leeds, with the new office space chosen for its proximity to leading technical talent and its support for the Bank's digital-first, technology-led growth.

Wellington Place is also home to Lloyd’s Banking Group, Rathbones and Equifax, further underlining the district’s status as a base for major financial services players.
